Return & Refund Policy

At Bluvero Audio, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not vibing with your purchase, we’ll make it right.


Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns should be sent to Bluvero Headquarters, New Jersey (exact return instructions will be provided once your request is approved).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and make it right as fast as possible.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your product for a different one, please visit our Contact Page and submit your request.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have — once the return is approved, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
